PROPANE PRE-BUY PROGRAM - DUE JULY 1, 2008

Once again this year we will offer a propane pre-buy program for our residential and grain dryer customers who would like to lock in a price for the approaching home heating/grain drying season.
Last year pre-buy customers saved up to $0.43 per gallon.
The pre-buy price is subject to change without notice after June 30, 2008.

DUE TO RAPID CHANGES IN THE PROPANE MARKET THESE ARE THE CURRENT PRICES AND TIME FRAMES:

Orders for pre-buy gas must be placed by July 1, 2008.
Payment in full for pre-buy must be made by July 31st or the pre-buy agreement is void.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT WITHOUT THE ENCLOSED ORDER FORM.
Your summer fill will be at the current market price and will be due 30 days from date of delivery.

Beck's standard discounts will not apply to any pre-buy accounts.
Cash, check, online payment, or credit card (Master Card or Visa) accepted.
Credit cards not accepted online.

Pre-buy gas will be used first on any deliveries between October 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 or until the contract is depleted. Pre-buy gas not used by April 30, 2009 will remain as a credit on your account or we will refund the balance, whichever method you prefer.

SUMMER DELIVERIES ARE NOT AT THE PRE-BUY PRICE AND WILL BE BILLED AT CURRENT MARKET PRICE.
PAST DUE PAYMENT ON SUMMER FILL DELIVERIES WILL VOID YOUR PRE-BUY AGREEMENT AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE DURING HEATING SEASON.

All orders must be received by July 1st, 2008 to participate in the pre-buy program.
TO PLACE YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST SUBMIT A PRE-BUY FORM BY JULY 1st, 2008
Your payment in full is due by July 31st, 2008.
Payments after July 31st will be considered late and will void the pre-buy agreement.
Price subject to change afterJune 30th, 2007.
