Q. What if I don’t pay my Pre-Buy as soon as possible?
A. We will not be able to honor your contract if it is not paid as soon as possible.

Q. Can I order propane at today's delivery price during Pre-Buy season?
A. No. Pre-buy gas must be used first on any deliveries between October 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 or until the contract is depleted.

Q. What will happen to my fuel contract if I don't use all of it by April 30, 2009?
A. Pre-buy gas not used by April 30, 2009 will remain as a credit on your account.

Q. I received a summer fill and it appears to be deducted from my statement balance, is this so?
A. No. Summer fills are not part of the pre-buy program and will not be deducted from your pre-buy balance. You must pay any non Pre-Buy invoices separately.

Q. Can I have my Pre-Buy delivered on a will call system?
A. No. All pre-buy accounts will be placed on automatic fill until the gallons are depleted. Customers who would like to return to will call status at the end of their pre-buy agreement must call Beck Suppliers to make these arrangements.
